Tahoe Forest hospital district endorses measure g

“As we transform from an incredible health system into an exceptional one, we must embrace a broader definition of health. A safe space for a high school student after school, that is health. Access to internet during a power outage for a community member, that is health. Improving health literacy, that is health. On our journey toward a true north in support of health, we know we cannot accomplish it alone.”

At their regular meeting on Thursday, September 25, 2025, the Tahoe Forest Hospital District Board of Directors heard a presentation from the Friends of the Truckee Library on the Joint Powers Authority and Measure G. Following the presentation, the board voted to approve a resolution in support of the new Truckee Regional Library and Measure G.
